In its 17th year, Drake Park Munch & Music free concert series was founded in 1991 by Cameron Clark Concert Productions. The event became a non-profit corporation for the arts in 1995.  In 1997 the event won the first annual Deschutes County Skip Prante Drug and Alcohol Abuse prevention award presented by the county.  Over the years Munch & Music has received generous support from our local business community, as it is one of the few events of its kind not fully subsidized and operated by a local park district, city government, chamber of commerce, or other municipality.

Today, Munch & Music continues its rich tradition of free multi-cultural concerts, great food, arts and crafts, and the intentional goal of “building community” as Central Oregon continues to rapidly grow.
