Music starts at 5:30PM

"With a nod to the great one, Petty Thievery gives us music fans what we crave and can only dream of... a satisfying taste of The Heartbreakers in all their glory. The songs and sentiment are spot-on. And trust me, I was in the studio with TP and his crew."

~ Sylvia Massy,  Record Producer, Mixer, Engineer.

Bret Levick (Gifthorse), Alice DiMicele (Force of Nature), Gene Black (Joe Cocker Band), Matthew Kriemelman (Blue Man Group), Nick Kirby (Force of Nature) and Don Harriss (Pat Travers Band) comprise a band of veteran musicians who have joined together to honor the music of Tom Petty. Each bring their love for Petty's songs and the music of the Heartbreakers to this fun rock and roll tribute.

In the late 90's Bret Levick co-created and fronted L.A. indie breakout band Gifthorse. His hooky songs have appeared in hundreds of trailers, commercials, video games, feature films and TV shows including Sons Of Anarchy, Lucifer and Shameless. He currently writes, produces and mixes music out of his Talent, Oregon studio and performs live with his original rock/americana band, LEFT.

Alice DiMicele has had a 30+ year career as a singer/songwriter and troubadour known for her moving songs, emotive, soulful voice and groovy guitar stlyle. Having released 14 albums on her indie label Alice Otter Music, she continues to tour as a solo artist and with her band Force of Nature.

Ohio native Gene Black first made a name for himself in Detroit rock clubs and recording studios. While still in his teens, he recorded with Chicago blues legend Luther Allison, at Motown's iconic facility: Hitsville USA.  Highlights include 15 years as Joe Cockers lead guitarist, multiple recording sessions with Tina Turner and co writer on top 10 hit songs for Rod  Stewart and Heart.

Matthew Kriemelman is most prominently known as a veteran drummer for the blue man group in Las Vegas from 2000-12, and has performed in the New York and Chicago productions. Matthew honed his skills in NYC’s downtown club scene for 10 years beginning at the age of 18 at iconic clubs such as CBGB’s, China Club, Limelight and the Marquee. Since moving to the Rogue Valley Matthew has become the go-to first-call drummer for studio sessions, local musicians, and producers like Jeff Pevar and Sylvia Massey.

Nick Kirby grew up playing with his dad, blues/rock  guitarist Sonny Boy Kirby. Starting on drums at the age of 2, Nick plays bass, guitar, keyboards, and pretty much any instrument you put in front of him - and he sings like a bird! A master of groove he currently plays drums with Alice DiMicele & Force of Nature and bass with Jeff Pevar's band ZepDrix, Frankie Hernandez Band along with a host of other projects.

Don Harriss' career has built upon a diverse musical background -- early classical training, Haight-Ashbury Sixties Psychadelia, arena-size rock 'n' roll touring with the Pat Travers Band, corporate film soundtracks -- to arrive at contemporary instrumental music, and a more intimate personal sound. Don brings all that experience and his big heart to the music of Tom Petty.
